Accelerated Management Program
The Accelerated Management Program is a leadership program designed to equip MBA graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to become leaders in our organisation.
During the 24-month program, candidates rotate through two or three different key roles, one of which will be international (depending on the needs and availability of the business), where they will have the opportunity to impact the business. The MBA, combined with the valuable hands-on experience you will gain at Philip Morris Spain, will make you a versatile business professional with the profile you need to advance your career in a changing world.
BRIDGE Internship Program
The Bridge Program is a career development initiative developed by the University of Alcalá and the Fundación Universidad y de Empresa. It combines an online training program on productivity and personal development with external internships in real business environments.
Philip Morris Spain is proud to offer internship opportunities in partnership with the Bridge Program. Candidates will have the opportunity to join our company on a full-time basis for two six-month periods. During the program, you will receive a monthly stipend and benefit from a fully paid online master’s degree, validated and recognised by the Universidad Camilo José Cela and the Fundación Universidad y de Empresa.
